Financial Information

All students admitted to the UCLA Interdepartmental Ph.D. Program for Neuroscience receive financial support. Each is awarded an annual stipend,
and registration fees, non-resident tuition (if necessary) and health insurance are paid as long as the student is making adequate progress towards the Ph.D. on the UCLA campus. These funds come from a variety of sources, including
the UCLA Graduate Division, School of Medicine, College of Letters and Science, laboratory mentors, training grants, teaching assistantships, research grants, private gifts and
individual fellowships that students have received. Inquiries regarding financial assistance may be directed to the Neuroscience Graduate Office.
